It has been proven that the COOLGRASS® solution reduces surface temperatures of synthetic grass by a maximum of 35%. The technology behind Condor Grass & Bonar's COOLGRASS® provides infrared reflection and conducts heat into the atmosphere instead of absorbing it in the yarn. All this leads to a lower temperature of the surface when the material is exposed to sunlight.

Existing technologies absorb heat, which can result in uncomfortable surface temperatures. However, Condor Grass & Bonar's COOLGRASS® leads to an overall cooler artificial grass cover.
