About Condor

Condor consists of the following four divisions:

·          Condor Carpets

·          Vebe - Vifloor

·          Condor Cartex

·          Condor Grass

Condor Carpets and Vebe Floorcoverings are independently operating companies. Condor Cartex and Condor Grass are business units of those companies. This company structure enables Condor to control a broad product range and to serve each sales channel in an optimum way. The units cooperate intensively with one another and share knowledge, knowhow and logistics in order to guarantee top quality.

History

Condor was founded in 1992 as Condor Carpets by two brothers: Jan and Gerrit Hoekman.

After five years, Condor received the prestigious Willem I Plaquette, the most important distinction for young enterprises in the Netherlands, from His Royal Highness Prince Clause.

Having started with a staff of twenty and a turnover of 25 million guilders in the first year, Condor has seen autonomous growth year after year.

Because of its constant focus on the latest developments in the market, its efficiency and its cost control, Condor has always managed to provide its customers with up-to-date products and challenging prices.
